This is more than any human in recorded history & will soon be verified by Guinness World Records. The species was Ciriops & this took place at Chete Cha Kale in Shimoni, Kenya.
Since Treegens has committed to replant any that do not survive, the forcasted carbon impact of this initiative is 9326 tonnes of carbon.
The biodiversity impacts are also substantial as many animals thrive around the mangrove trees.

We hired 7 people to collect propagules, germinate them in a nursery & then plant the mangrove propagules. Each that survives is estimated to sequester .308 tonnes of carbon & support wildlife around the mangroves.
