Leveraging Bitskwela's nationwide reach and partner network in the Philippines, we propose a four-event initiative to expand Stellar’s presence in the Philippines by combining developer education, university outreach, and grassroots community engagement. As the country’s leading Web3 education platform, we aim to introduce Stellar to the next generation of Filipino builders and blockchain advocates. This initiative includes: <ul><li>One (1) Stellar Developer Codecamp – A half-day technical workshop in a key city like Manila, Cebu, or Davao, designed to equip local developers with the foundational skills needed to build smart contracts and dApps on the Stellar network. The session will be hands-on, beginner-friendly, and focused on practical applications.</li></ul> <ul><li>Three (3) University Workshops – We will integrate Stellar into our nationwide university tour, which reaches hundreds of students from IT and business-related courses. These workshops will include talks, demos, and lessons on Stellar’s real-world use cases, such as remittances, tokenized assets, and decentralized finance.</li></ul> Each activation will feature a strategic blend of online and offline brand placements, speaker engagements, media coverage, comprehensive event management, and optional merchandise or booth activations. We’ve collaborated with partners such as DICT, National Youth Commission, and top universities, consistently drawing hundreds to thousands of audiences of attendees.
