web3:4Life Guild is tending a digital campfire at the intersection of bioregional regeneration and regenerative crypto economics as a public good. Greenpill, as a cultural meme, bridges new web3 capabilities and communities with age-old ways. Regenerative practice has been around formally for decades, and informally for thousands of years. How many web3ers know about the deep history of regeneration? How many regenerative practitioners are aware of the potential of web3? web3:4Life Guild is holding space and inviting players from these domains to join in being ‘around the fire together’ as a public good, in a way that meets needs for being seen, heard, and understood. Good vision and strategy are underpinned by good culture, so this work is fundamental to the long term success of regen/tech projects. Along with time dedicated to being together, the guild will host time for working together. These colab sessions may include co-discovery of shared language, values, frameworks, and ideals.Sessions will be guided by a living systems framework that helps harness the collective intelligence of the group in a way that brings greater clarity to shared culture.&nbsp; Benefits:<ul><li>Related communities won't need to build culture from scratch</li><li>Shared language, maps, memes and more that will naturally emerge from the container can be used by all communities involved</li><li>Creating a powerful shared field of understanding will attract potential contributors and wisdom holders to web3 who otherwise would not engage with those communities</li><li>Supports the vitality, viability, and evolutionary capabilities of participants and their respective communities.&nbsp;</li></ul> web3:4Life Guild is developing services that advance the regenerative capabilities of altruistic communities. Prior to this, he spent 12 years in SaaS and helped shape culture and business development processes as an early employee of a tech startup, turned billion dollar company. Christopher is a member of Commons Stack’s Trusted Seed, is board member of The Center for Shamanic Education and Exchange and is a student and practitioner of various wisdom traditions.</li><li>Kathi Hendrick</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Kathi is a designer and artist who weaves together regenerative design, living systems thinking, engineering, and strategy methods with art, psychospiritual and embodiment practices to address present-day challenges and uncover potential for transformation. She is devoted to the regeneration of people and the environment, through new and age-old means. She has consulted with organizations across industries to identify, explore, design, and pilot new ventures. She has served as an Adjunct Faculty member in the da Vinci Center for Innovation at Virginia Commonwealth University where she worked with undergraduate and graduate students to apply principles of research, human-and-planet-centered-design, experimentation, strategy, and entrepreneurship to early-stage ideas. As an engineer, she has also worked in new product development and R&amp;D for W. L. Gore &amp; Associates. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, an M.S. in Strategic Design &amp; Management from Parsons The New School for Design, and is pursuing an M.A. in East West Psychology at The California Institute of Integral Studies.</li><li>Evan Carr</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Evan is a practitioner and artist living in Michigan. Previously he led Business Development at a software company named the “#1 World’s Fastest Growing Company” by Fortune in 2020. He is a member of Commons Stack’s Trusted Seed. and is the creator of the <a href="https://inserviceoflifepod.com/" target="_blank" style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(17, 85, 204);">In Service of Life podcast</a>, <a href="https://sensemaking101.com/" target="_blank" style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(17, 85, 204);">sensemaking101.com</a>, a spoken word artist, and a member of the web3:4Life guild. Evan earned a Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies and holds a Masters of Public Policy degree from UT Dallas. His continuing education includes classes and certifications from some of the top regenerative design, consulting, and human development schools as well as practice in indigenous wisdom traditions.</li><li>Randall Harmon</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Randall is an early explorer of UI and database technology while solving for small-business workflow and accounting applications; cryptography at PGP circa 1999, and distributed computing at Yahoo. He’s inspired to connect people in dynamic human process with value-aligned purposes, connecting and blurring the lines between the various roles people want to play in the many organizations of the future.</li></ul>
